 with high contrast. The image quality can be further enhanced by using the Baader "Fringe Killer" that

 suppresses the remaining colour fringe 
Deep Sky observations are also very good possible. The 127mm (5") objective gathers 12% more light 

as a 120mm objective. Despite of the long focal length, wide field viewing is no problem. The relatively 

low chromatic abberation is also an advantage for deep sky at medium and high magnifications: Double 

stars can be splitted better and fine structures in bright nebulae have more contrast.
